All our developments are reusing our standard "Privacy by Design" principles and features, to ensure complicance and safety of our developments.

Our custom developments has mandatory phases that ensures the quality and robustness of the developed solutions. All our Customized developments will also include GDPR and Security features.

01 - Story Facilitator (CX/UX) [OPTIONAL]

The Story Facilitator can be booked pr.hour and will guide you through documenting your storyline as preparation for developing new innovative solutions. The deliverable will be a story that focus on the value to be achieved, by visually demonstrating the old situation and the new solution.

(OPTIONAL means: If you already have a proper development specification with requirement matrixes, can you start directly on '03 - Solution Architect.')

02 - Technical Facilitator <br /> [OPTIONAL]

The Technical facilitator can be booked pr.hour and will convert a storyline to technical principle requirements.
The deliverable will be a documentation that focus on the value to be achieved, by categorizing and splitting the work required up in manageable technical work packages.
(Optional means here: If you already have a proper development specification with requirement matrixes, can you start directly on '03 - Solution Architect.')

03 - Solution Architect

The Solution Architect can be booked pr.hour and will convert the technical workpackages into the most optimal technical solution, based on reviewing the customers existing or new target architecture today, and provide a new proposed migration architecture if required.
The workpackages will all be reviewed to include the principles and requirements that the developers must adhere too.

04 - Building the Developers individual Solution Proposals

Each developer required will be bookable pr.hour to provide the planned efforts in time, and the overall solution proposal with a high level documentation that focuses on the value to be achieved.
Each developer involved will provide an individual solution proposal if there are more than one work package. All proposals will then be summarized and presented to the customer, to provide a draft estimate of the overall development.

05 - Project Management for the overall Customized Development

When the overall solution proposal is accepted by the Customer, will a Technical Project Manager create a detailed projectplan to track and manage the status of the development, as well as reporting status and issues to the customers during the development Phase. The amount of hours will depend upon the complexity and the size of the development.

06a - Common Web-design and Web-coding

We have access to a lot of developers in India, which have been tested for their skill levels, and which are only coding inside our secure development environments, which means that the code is under full control and will always be delivered to our Customers.
We are also using GIT to push from DEV to DEV-TEST (For system integration testing), from DEV-TEST to CUSTOMER-TEST, and from CUSTOMER-TEST to CUSTOMER-PROD.
The developers can not access the Customers TEST or PROD environments, without the customers approval.

06b - Expert Developers [OPTIONAL]

We have access to a lot of developers in India, which have been tested for their skill levels, and which are only coding inside our secure development environments, which means that the code is under full control and will always be delivered to our Customers.
We are also using GIT to push from DEV to DEV-TEST (For system integration testing), from DEV-TEST to CUSTOMER-TEST, and from CUSTOMER-TEST to CUSTOMER-PROD.
The developers can not access the Customers TEST or PROD environments, without the customers approval.

06c - App development for Mobile [OPTIONAL]

We have access to a lot of developers in India, which have been tested for their skill levels, and which are only coding inside our secure development environments, which means that the code is under full control and will always be delivered to our Customers.

07 - Preproduction and Project Closure handover

This is the final work of the Technical Project Manager, which includes: Review and signoff for the acceptance test. Handover of Source Code. Moving the solution from TEST to PROD, and providing the Lessons learned report.
The last thing is to review an Production implementation plan, for the customers to utilize both the new Security features and the business benefits of the system. The actual implementation will be managed by the customer, unless the Technical Project Manager is also booked for managing this part at the customers premises.

CUSTOM-00: Development Hosting for PROD + TEST. [15% annually of total Development cost.]

PRICE WILL BE PROJECT BASED, SINCE IT CAN ONLY BE DETERMINED MANUALLY! DO NOT ORDER THIS WITHOUT A QUOTE.
This allows the customer to host their new web solution, which we designed for the customer. The cost is a monthly subscription and includes both the Production and the Test environment. (This must be ordered before any development can start, and will be based on a temporary price as a result of the summarized estimate to the customer in '04 - Building the Developers individual Solution Proposals.' It will later be updated with the actual price after the acceptance test is signed off.)

CUSTOM-10: Maintenance & Support Agreement.

For customers that have bought a development solution from us, will also have to order this Maintenance and Support agreement at 15% annual cost of the total development cost, which is first established after '07 - Preproduction and Project Closure handover' after the signed acceptance test This includes the Support of the Production and the Test environment for the developed solution, where the customers get priority support according to our SLA - Service Level Agreement, and where we already maintain the hosted infrastructure and security updates for these environments. The 15% annual cost are then split into a subscription paid every month.
